General Rules
The following betting rules govern all wagers placed with Jiliglory’s Sportsbook and Betting platforms. The Company reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Amendments are binding immediately upon posting on the site. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the current Rules prior to placing any wager. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.
Bet Acceptance and Wagering Integrity
Bets are accepted in accordance with these Rules and may be corrected where obvious errors occur (palpable errors) in odds, event details or start times. The Company may refuse, void, or suspend bets where there is suspected manipulation, evasion of limits, or other integrity concerns. If a system error or delay affects bet placement, the Customer should review the bet status in their betting history; the Company may cancel or adjust bets as required. In theories of acceptance, if a bet is accepted after the relevant event has started, affected selections may be void unless the bet is explicitly covered by an in‑running service.
Settlement and Official Results
Bets are settled on the official result published by the relevant governing body or event organizer. If an official result is not published, Jiliglory may settle using reliable official‑sourced data and will communicate the basis of settlement where possible. The Company reserves the right to delay settlement to verify results and to suspend settlement where accuracy is in question. Dead heat rules apply where applicable, and bets are settled according to the number of tied participants. If an event is not determined or is abandoned, settlements may be voided or refunded at the Company’s discretion, unless an official result is subsequently declared. Where there is a conflict between an official result and information posted on the site, the official result prevails and may be determined with video evidence where available.
Live and In‑Running Betting
Live or in‑running betting is inherently dynamic. Jiliglory does not guarantee continuous availability of prices, and prices displayed during live events may widen or retract. The Company may refuse or void bets in response to circumstances outside its control. Certain bets may be placed using a timed Acceptance mechanism, which imposes a countdown for the wager. All live data feeds, including current score and time, are provided as guidance and may be delayed; bets based on such data are at the Customer’s risk.
Market Types, Outrights and Special Rules
Outright markets cover the winner or final ranking of an event. If a listed participant does not start, Outright bets on that participant are void. In the event of multiple winners or a declared dead heat, stakes are divided proportionally among winners and settled at the applicable full odds. Outright markets apply to lists of participants and may be settled regardless of participation, except where specifically stated. The Play‑or‑Pay rule applies to Outright markets: bets on listed participants stand even if one participant cannot take part, provided exclusions apply to certain market types (e.g., Head‑to‑Head). If a replacement participant is added to a team in a market, team markets may stand while certain individual markets may be void.
Abandonments, Postponements, and Venue Changes
Should an event be postponed, abandoned, or relocated, settlements will follow the guidance in the relevant sport rules. Bets may remain valid if the event resumes within a defined window, typically 48 hours, or be voided if the event cannot be completed under the original terms. Incorrectly stated teams, venues, or match details may render all bets on the affected market void. When an event is played on neutral ground or where home/away designations are revised, bets will be settled as if the market were played under the original terms unless stated otherwise.
Disputes, Claims and Customer Support
Claims or disputes must be raised to Customer Services promptly. In the first instance, the Trading team will review and, if unresolved, the Head of Sportsbook will issue a final decision. The Company will communicate outcomes by email. Claims submitted outside the stated timeframes may not be considered.
Data, Odds, and Settlement Integrity
Onsite data (scores, stats, video streams) are guidance and may be delayed. Settlement is not based on real‑time onsite information. If there is a discrepancy in odds or price, the Company reserves the right to void or resettle the affected bets. Decimal odds are used for settlement regardless of the odds format selected. If a payout appears anomalous (e.g., significant deviation from market average), the Company may adjust or void the bet.
Fraud, Integrity and Regulatory Cooperation
In cases of suspected fraud or integrity concerns, Jiliglory may unsettled or void specific bets, suspend accounts, and withhold payment pending investigation. The Company may report relevant matters to regulatory bodies or authorities and will wait for authoritative feedback before finalizing settlement.
VAR, Official Decisions, and Time of Incident
If a Video Assistant Referee decision contradicts an on‑field decision, bets placed between the original incident and the referee’s final decision may be void, unless the odds offered were not affected by the VAR decision. Settlement for other bets not impacted by the VAR decision stands. The timing for incident determination is considered at the moment of the original incident for settlement purposes.
Governing Language, Amendments and Publication
These Rules may be amended by publication on the Jiliglory website. The English version governs; all other translations are provided for convenience. Changes become binding immediately upon posting and apply to wagers placed after posting unless otherwise stated.
