Self-Exclusion Overview
Self-exclusion is an enforceable measure you may select when you determine you are at risk of gambling-related harm or wish to pause activity. By opting for self-exclusion with Jiliglory, you agree to restrict access to wagering services for the duration you specify.
Exclusion Periods and Their Effects
- Six months
- One year
- Two years
- Five years
- Permanently
During a period of Self-Exclusion you will not be able to use your Jiliglory account for betting, although you will still be able to login and withdraw any remaining balance. It will not be possible to re-open your account for any reason, and Jiliglory will take all reasonable steps to detect and close any new accounts you may attempt to open.
Initiating Self-Exclusion
To initiate self-exclusion, sign in to your account and navigate to the My Gambling Controls section of Members, then select Self-Exclusion. Choose the duration you require and confirm. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Care team to apply self-exclusion on your behalf.
During Self-Exclusion
Once self-exclusion is active, you are prohibited from placing bets or accessing wagering functionalities for the duration chosen. You may still log in to withdraw any remaining balance as described above. Jiliglory will enforce the exclusion and will employ measures to identify and block any new accounts opened in your name.
Post-Exclusion Steps and Support
- Marketing and communications: We will remove you from our marketing databases and you may also choose to disable notifications and delete/uninstall Jiliglory apps, downloads, and social media links related to gambling.
- Blocking and safeguards: Consider software that blocks access to gambling websites to reinforce the exclusion.
- Support services: We recommend seeking assistance from recognised problem gambling support services in your jurisdiction to help manage your situation.
- Re-application: If you wish to re-enter play after a time-based exclusion, you may contact Customer Care to discuss next steps and eligibility.
Cross-Operator Exclusion
To strengthen protection, you may seek exclusion from all other gambling operators with which you hold accounts. You may self-exclude by contacting those operators directly or by completing a Self-Exclusion Notice form where available. Completed notices should be submitted to the operator concerned. This process aims to reduce exposure across platforms and supports consistent self-protection.
Data Handling and Privacy
We will process your personal data solely for the administration of self-exclusion, in accordance with our privacy framework. You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent where legally permissible. We will remove you from marketing communications as part of the self-exclusion process and will retain records necessary to enforce the exclusion as required by applicable law.
